Secondary Schools
The Secondary Schools Team Racing Regionals, held annually at RAYC, is one of the most competitive and anticipated events on the secondary schools sailing calendar. Teams from across the region come together to compete in fast paced and strategic racing. RAYC is proud to support the development of young sailors by offering training opportunities for some schools in the lead up to the event. If you’re keen to get involved, check with your school to see if they participate or encourage them to connect with RAYC to find out how they can.
Open
The Open Team Racing Nationals are also held annually at RAYC, bringing together independent teams of all ages for some fast, highly competitive racing. This event is a great opportunity for sailors outside of school teams to get involved in the action. Typically held during winter, it’s a fun and challenging highlight on the racing calendar. Keep an eye out for sign-ups, grab some mates, form a team, and get ready to race!
