Pre-requisites to this course:
–Â Coaching Yachting 101Â online modules complete
– Intermediate sailing ability
– Confidence in and around the water
– At least 14 years of age
– For those 15+, powerboat level 2, YNZ powerboat safety, or signed off by their club safety officer as competent when driving a powerboat
Recommended additional qualifications:
– First Aid
– VHF certificate
