Splash Landing

Hosted by the Akarana Marine Sports Charitable Trust and the Ōrākei Local Board, Splash Landing will be two days of family fun!

This new event on the Summer calendar makes the most of the open space on the waterfront at Okahu Bay and aims to provide everyone, young and old with safe access to our moana.

Waterworld Waterparks are bringing their inflatable water park, to secure your spot, book online today!

You’ll have the opportunity to have a go at sailing, waka ama and kayaks, plus see a Sailing race live in action!

Don’t miss the Tamariki Zone, Go Vertical are bringing bucketloads of fun with bouncy castles for all ages, and Splash Em! Plus a sandpit, colouring and more!

We have a great lineup of live music including Curbside Crawl playing your favourite classics, indie rock band BEACHWARE, and DJ JC.

Lots of delicious food trucks will be onsite for you to choose from, so you can grab a bite between activities! The Akarana Garden Bar will be running and of course we’ll have coffee.
