Join us for our first ever ILCA Girls Training Clinic with coaches Sophia and Emma!
This clinic is all about giving girls a fun and supportive step out of fleets like the Starling, getting them confident in the ILCA, and connecting them with other female sailors. Over the two days the focus of will be fitness, nutrition, on-water training, and a bit of racing to finish things off. It’s a great chance to learn heaps, make friends, and get more comfortable in this awesome boat.
Please ensure you book out a boat for hire if you require one. This is not automatically included in the course fee and will need to be selected. If you do not book to hire a boat we cannot ensure there will be one available for your sailor and your booking may become void.
You can book each day individually or together!
ILCA (Laser) Race Training is $130 per day (including boat hire) or $95 per day with your own ILCA. All RAYC members will receive a 10% discount on all coaching fees.
