25/26 Doyle Sails Gold Cup Race 5 – Balokovic Cup

Race 5 the Balokovic Cup is hosted by Royal Akarana Yacht Club  – Approx. 89nm

Notice to Competitors

Akarana Patrol (committee vessel) will be on station adjacent to Orakei Wharf at 1700, Friday 20^th

All boats are required to check in on VHF 77 or the Race Management phone 021 023 14559

All boats are required to conduct a ‘Sail By’ Akarana Patrol presenting all crew wearing PFD’s and receive acknowledgment from Race Officials

A warning signal shall be displayed at 1825 for Multihulls with a Green Class flag

A warning signal shall be displayed at 1830 for Monohulls with a White Class flag

The start line shall be between a laid orange cylinder and the orange staff on the Committee Vessel

The course shall be course #1 as per SSI Attachment 5

All boats shall provide position reports as per SSI 11.5

All boats shall activate the Predict Wind GPS tracking service as per NOR 20 and SSI 1.5
