Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meetings of the Akarana Marine Sports Charitable Trust and Royal Akarana Yacht Club will be held in the RAYC Lounge at the Hyundai Marine Sports Centre, 8-10 Tamaki Drive at 1900 hours on Monday 25th August 2025.
As you may be aware, our club is currently incorporated under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908. The club needs to re-register under the new Act before April 2026, to remain an Incorporated Society.Â

To ensure compliance with the new Act, the club has undertaken a thorough review of its existing rules. A working group, appointed by the General Committee, has developed a revised version of the club rules. The new rules not only align with the requirements of the new legislation, but the opportunity has been taken to update or remove any outdated rules.Â
