It’s time to get race ready

Get involved with race training and fine tune your skills

More time on the water means better race results!

What to bring:

Sunhat & Beanie
Sunblock
Sunglasses
Drink bottle
Lunch – include lots of snacks
Enclosed shoes for the water
A set of warm dry clothes, include shoes suitable for running/walking
Warm clothes for boating, include a wetsuit, thermal underwear, and a wind/waterproof jacket

Standard Schedule

8:30am » 9am  – Drop Off

9am » 9:30am – Warm up at the park

9:30am » 12:30pm – Morning Activity

12:30pm » 1pm – Lunch

1pm » 4pm – Afternoon Activity

4pm » 4:30pm – Warm Down at the Park

4:30pm » 5pm – Pick Up
