There is always something happening at the club, and today is no different.
After being used all weekend and for activities during this week, it’s time for the RIB’s to come out of the water. It’s a quiet weekend at the club, and the boats won’t be required.
Part of Coach Nathan’s (Laurie) job is to make sure the boats engines are flushed, and they are stored away ready for the next time they are needed for sailing, academy, paddling and waka events.
This morning there wasn’t a breath of air which made his job a little easier! Nathan was spotted being resourceful and time management conscious when he brought the boats around from E Pier (Orakei Marina) to the floating docks in front of the club ready to be taken out.
Just another day at the office.
