Menace wins in Sydney, again.

Menace has done it again by winning yet another MC38 regatta in Sydney!

With Olympian Gemma Jones on board, Menace showed guts and glory in the fiercely competitive fleet of one design keelboats.

There were a few nail biting moments as the team waited for the results, and Menace came out on top winning on count back ahead of Maserati.

“It was close!” said skipper Howard Spencer.

“We had such a great weekend of racing, but it definitely didn’t come easy,” said crew member Ray Davies. “It was so close out there on the race track and everyone on board team Menace really pulled their weight. Having Gemma as part of the team was great, and she slotted into the Menace way of life pretty well!”

Having the Kiwi team travel back and forth to Australia to compete is time consuming and tiring for the team, but with continually putting the results on the board, it’s definitely worth the effort.

Congratulations to Howard and his RAYC MC38 Team Menace!
