Farewell Gudge

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gordon Sale, known as Gudge.

Gudge was killed in a tragic  accident on Waiheke when he lost control of his tractor on the way to go fishing.

Gudge was a member of RAYC for many years and sailed regularly with Henry Roberts on the classic yacht Queennie.

Our sincere condolences to his wife Pru and family.

A memorial gathering will take place at RAYC on Saturday 12th December from 2pm.
